This story is real , surfaced near 2009 global recession , when the companies were laying off employees.
With no doubt in my mind , wealth is needed to sustain in today's world. But we forgot to care about our HEALTH at the same time .
One incident shattered me from inside , i want to discuss that here ::
A known of me Mr Gupta was living happily with his wife . Mr Gupta was an engineer by profession , working in reputed company for last 10~12 years . 6 years before , in order to get rid of glasses , he underwent LASER OPERATION on eyes. The result was successful untill last month , when again he had some problem with the eyes .
He consulted an eye surgeon , and found out , the eye sight has again gone bad . Mr Gupta again underwent the LASER OPERATION on eyes from the same doctor . But this time , the results were not bright , and slowly slowly he started lossing eye sight . With the advent of time , the eye sight got dimer and dimer , and the guy cannot see the things clearly , there is always a kind of fog in front of his eyes.
At this point of time Mr. Gupta was praying for his eyes and was not worried about the job . Losing a job and getting a new job is highly probable , but without good health (in this case good eyes) the probability is zero.
Few days after , he lost his job , the reason was not recession , but on medical grounds . Further , he cannot apply for another job , because of bad eye sight . The guy who was an engineer , the other day , is now struggling hard to make two ends meet.
So , if you happen to loose a job in recession , don't get disheartened , thanks to God(if you are a believer) or to nature (if you are an atheist) , for the gold pot you have which is good health.
This is not a story , but a true experience .

Outcome of the article
1) give at least some time to your body for physical fitness and 5 or 10 minutes meditation for mental strength.
2) Try to accept the age factor with grace , and don't go for LASER surgeries etc.
3) Don't get disheartened by job loss during recession. Life goes on....................
